不卸载内核

不卸载内核版本增加多个官方版本
增加cloud内核版本 目测支持KVM，XEN未知(等你们反馈了)，VM不支持，理论内存消耗更低，蓝牙什么的就别想了，给云VPS用的
卸载方案已经更新，两种优化方案都可以卸载，配合安装官方稳定内核就可以完美回滚
bbr2内核下架，用的不多，等正式发布再说

cloud内核建议在不卸载内核版本下测试，翻车后可切换其他内核救鸡
